Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Lewisville

I hadn't been here in a while, and I was really pleased with my experience. I ordered the 12-inch margherita pizza and the 12-inch Brooklyn Bridge pizza, and I loved the ricotta! Overall, it's a fantastic place. I'll definitely be back soon.

Grimaldi's is a pizzeria originally from Brooklyn that has expanded to 10 states across the country, including several locations in the Dallas area. We recently visited their restaurant at The Shops in Highland Village and found our experience to be satisfactory. We tried their signature thin-crust, coal-fired brick oven pizzas with custom toppings. One pizza had a perfect crust, while the other was a bit soggy, but overall, the taste was enjoyable. The salad that accompanied our meal was decent as well—neither remarkable nor disappointing, just an average salad.

Really lovely place and decor, with a short wait and nice seats. The pizzas were really well done with a crispy bottom and crust and a perfectly cooked top. Wonderful experience and would come again.

Our neighbors had told us about this place and we knew we had to check it out for ourselves. We split a large pizza and salad and left feeling so stuffed! The pizza was so delicious and it was really cool watching them toss up the dough to make it. We also didn't realize that it was sit down restaurant until we arrived which was really awesome. Cant wait to come back here again!

I love the pizza here! We've been meaning to make it out to their half price wine on Tuesdays. Service is always good and the atmosphere is welcoming.
