Burger King - Lewistown

This restaurant is terrible. The food is dry and unappetizing, often served cold or incorrectly prepared. It seems like the staff may not even know how to read. The cleanliness of the place is questionable, with sticky floors and tables covered in buns, lids, and trash. They frequently run out of items and the employees handle food without gloves. Upon driving by, I noticed young employees smoking cigarettes and weed outside. It seems like the establishment is poorly managed and possibly run by individuals with substance abuse issues. During my last visit, I witnessed an employee zoning out and picking his nose. Needless to say, I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

I have noticed a significant improvement in this restaurant over the past few months thanks to the hard work of the current employees and managers. They deserve better treatment and recognition for their dedication, especially since they are not the owners. Keep up the great work, everyone!

The employee at the counter was so kind, helpful, and personable. Also had great experience with another employee when we stated we forgot to order cheese on our big Mac and would like to purchase some. ? some people are just so positive and upbeat and bring so much joy to your life. Thank you for being those people! We are just passing through on vacation. If you get the chance, stop by and see this restaurant!

Feel like they may be getting better. Could do better on how long it takes for them to come to first window sat there for 8 min.. I was only person there. Food sometimes cold. And they need to clean. Gross!

This has to be is the worst Burger King In history!! It has always been bad but this evening was the absolute worst!First after waithing 5 min with one in the drive-tru or inside just to order then another 5min a the pay window, was told the didn't have any od the kids meal drinks fine i will get her a lemon aid not the end of world. But then wait another 5min to get my food and leave, check my order as I pull out the drive way they forgot my drink and gave me a small fry when I paid for a large. Return to get my drink and fry, was told they were out of all but the small fry containers so that what they gave me with out saying but no problem charging so they gave me another small. When we get home realized they did even make me the right burger gave me one that was half the price!Just straight done!
