Bidra med feedbackI came to dinner on Tuesday evening with my son and a friend of him. We started to start with the escargot and it was excellent. the presentation was interesting that the eskargot was served over a bone with a mark and a velvety smooth Demi gluten. it was amazing and the part was very generous. the three shared it and were very happy with what we had. I had a cheese salad with anchovy, which was very good, well dressed, but not overly dressed. my son and his friend had steaks that were perfectly cooked on the temperatures they demanded. I had the salmon that was grilled and was cooked to a perfect medium and very humid. I'll be back soon.
Our server, Paul, was a great guy. Very knowledgable and very well-versed in the in's and out's of the menu. Could describe each dish as if he were the one who designed them.
The food was very good, but the noise level was so high that it was hard to carry on a conversation with our friends. I would have to qualify a recommendation with that information.
Fuel is a great place for a dinner, a drink oh and great deserts too!
I highly recommend anyone looking for melt in your mouth steak to order the au poivre. It's what I get every time because in four years, it's remains as delicious as the firs time I tried it! The fondue is addictive, I only wish they served it with the bread that they serve as a free appetizer, it would add some nice depth to the flavor experience-so maybe just save a piece to try for yourself! My husband always tries something new there when we go, and he is never disappointed. I had a bite of his scallops the other night-wow. I don't even like scallops typically but these were a pleasant surprise, especially with the sweet potato apple sauce paired with them. So yeah, I like the place. Worth the slight splurge!!!
