In the middle of the holidays, you have to wait a lot of people and so wait. However the kitchen is of very good quality and the servers give their maximum to satisfy everyone. Having worked in this restaurant in high season, despite the weakness we remain available for all customers and especially for them. To fight the wait, there is a possibility to book or servers give a precise waiting time so that customers have a clear estimate. At the price level, they are affordable compared to mountain prices in general. Having been a client and waitress, it was a good time.
Having been a guest since the opening of the restaurant, I do not understand some opinions. In addition, it would be advisable to take into account the affluence when you are in the restaurant (especially during high seasons) and sometimes the servers are overflowed due to the under-staff that it may have (which is in no case due to the boss). The kitchen is of good quality and the people working down try to make their maximum to satisfy the customers, it happens that during the days when there are more than 200 covers it is a bit complicated. The wait is justified because of excessive flooding in the domain and when people wait, the servers warn them upstream. Otherwise you can still book in the morning. Prices are similar to all line restaurants and the kitchen is home.
Really very disappointed!!!!! I waited 2 hours in the most total indifference to finally get a tartare even not cooked. Um... thinking about hiring a cook.

This place survives only because of its location. I think bad critics speak for themselves, but the owner simply seems to prefer to ignore them and instead chooses to discuss with customers. The majority of staff is simply not friendly. Prices are not at all justified. Fortunately, I discovered that there is another place in Porte du Balancier where I prefer to go for a coffee and a crêpe! (Notice of origin) This place only survives because of it’s location.
