We booked three days in advance. Came ten minutes early. We were shown to our table, and then promptly made to wait for over an hour to even get asked for our orders of drinks and food. We repeatedly asked for staff to take our orders, and were met with derisive ‘my manager will sort it’ comments from the staff we spoke to. Completely unacceptable with complete understaffing and subsequent terrible service. Would not recommend.

Modern decor creates a very inviting space; perfect for drinks, games or a meal. Would definitely recommend a visit as is a very cosy space with comfortable sofa and bar seating. Would have loved to sample the food but ran out of time. Definitely would go back! Top tip: Don’t just stop in the first room, the bar continues back to a lovely lounge area with sofas and an electric fire- perfect for relaxing.

Les get in th winter, nice to go inside and have a warm place to sit and drink, specials of the day and beers offers. Very enjoyable, just have to get used to going outside again and getting cold.

We spent a family time at the reception was excellent, thank you for this great moment, the raclette was very copied, so the desserts were also very good. The service was fast. I recommend. We had desserts offered by the house. We'll be back with pleasure. a small bonus for the extra waitress, very pleasant, helpful, smiling and very listening. the overall service was top.

Excellent restaurant, delicious raclettes with perfect quantities and good quality products. little waiting and a great atmosphere, the servers were very warm and friendly. During this evening we were a table of people, we took raclettes being all excellent as other dishes ordered. It was just exquisite. Moreover, the wait was not exaggeratedly long without counting the kindness of the servers. Moreover, following a small technical disadvantage, bottles were offered with a visit at the end of the evening. It was a memorable evening with a superb atmosphere and a delicious meal. If you go to the catch or even in the field of the sun doors, I highly recommend it to you. small dedicasse has the table number (ps: it's called auriane,) on the balcony and a philippe and olive tree!
