La Rosta Restaurant - Les Gets

That was a popular lunch place on the hill. A varied menu with local specialties, delicious pizza and huge salads as well as a selection of snacks. Good value and a lot of choice.

On the far side of the Les Gets ski area is the lower of the two restaurants at the top of the Rostalift. It sits on a very picturesque mountain ridge with a quiet view over Mt Blanc. Magnificent seats outside when we visited to choose a few times. We came back on a snow-covered, busy day with children and were pressed by helpful staff for delicious Tartiflette Giant Hot Dogs.

We do not eat on the slopes often as it found difficult for large groups with Fussy-Esser. This place was perfect. Great menu choice of pizza to hot sandwiches, lasagna, burgers. Vegetarian decisions. It's not a waiter service, but it's efficient and we haven't waited... long for our food. It will never be cheap, but where surprised to find it more reasonable, then some of our evening meals in the city. Children's meal was a bargain including meal, drink donut for 10 euros. Views are fantastic. You expect us to eat here every year.

A morning coffee and hot chocolate stop service was good and efficient with the drinks being exceptional mountain value and tasty. Worth visiting and recommended in our opinion cheers!

Nice, warm, welcoming and clean. Quick and friendly service and just amazing views. The best of those around.
