Magnificent cuisine, it's super good and a very nice waiter, keep it up, well done

We were really looking forward to this meal... Unanimously, we were disappointed by the quality of the meal. Pretty meh. Just like the decor/ambience of the room upstairs. Very nice idea, but we really need to take better care of the quality and freshness of the ingredients (we suspect canned or frozen products). The taste of 'homemade ' was not there at all, unfortunately. We had to chew the beef...: Bitter coffee.

Only comment here on the terrace and the drink list. Wines by the glass are pretty uninspiring and we are in the heart of Lavaux, so its a shame. Service was inexistant. Nevertheless the food menu looks good and I will try a dinner indoors and see if it holds up the promise.

Excellent food and really nice place! Fast service and great waiter. You get a good salad in most of your meals.
