First of all the pizza chef is super cool! Very helpful, cheerful and kind waitresses. Mrs. Luisa super top! We felt at home! But the most important thing was that we ate very well!!! Gnocchi and trenette with pesto (homemade) and a panna cotta (homemade). GOOD JOB, EVERYONE! WHEN YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO IT SHOWS A LOT! We will definitely be back. Service: Dine in

After trying other places we tried Luisa's...Clean place, very friendly and helpful staff...excellent cuisine (scialiatelle with lobster)..Frightening pizza. An hour and 15 minutes of waiting to have a plate of spaghetti with clams is a bit much to get a positive review I would say. And to think that only 3 tables were occupied in the deore . The dishes came out of the kitchen in fits and starts, first an appetizer for one, then a farinata... and not even a trace of spaghetti. Seeing your partner eat while you wait. Seeing him finish his plate and you don 't even have yours yet is not really a service worth promoting I would say. Seeing the other tables ... arriving after starting to eat similar dishes and not having even one piece of information from the staff is definitely a 1 star service. I understand that there may be problems in the kitchen, but the customer must be informed, normally action must be taken to overcome the problem, perhaps by bringing an appetizer, an appetizer offered while waiting for the course. Going to the cash register and being told, ah... sorry for the inconvenience is of no use... in fact it perhaps serves to make you even more angry.
