I had a chicken crunch bowl. The corn chips were so stale I couldn't eat them, so much Mayo I can't be sure if there was salad and it was only 2/3 full and no napkins or fork to eat it. The techno music was blaring and the servers were throwing the order together... literally. Waste of money. Not good, no senior staff, all kids , food, well chicken over cooked, chips soggy and they always run out of potato n gravy or gravy . The order is never right if you have to bulk buy as we did, do lots of things missing. Pull the screens down lower to read the orders and do 1 order at a time in chronological order then there shouldn't be any stuff ups. Manager that was on tonight and usual manager is very rude and disrespectful how she talks to customers , been a couple of times now and last time was as bad so review it is . The staff are suffering because of the manager she is not coping with the store the young boy who was on last time and in drive through tonight once again saved the day ! KFC needs to review back to what they use to use as their motto “CHAMPS”! This worked when I was a manager and that clearly isn’t in place! The staff member last time on break was doing selfies while under the pump and manager didn’t care while the other staff were asking for her help her break had two minutes left ! Jump in for five and take your two minutes . Wish I knew names but no name tags a credit to the young guy that was on drive through order take at 7:45 tonight for reference. Manager slams window asking if we would park to wait very happy to knowing it will be fresh then a glare and staff not having direction . If staff have direction not only do they perform better so does the stores credibility and the managers job is a lot easier but to be honest the manager isn’t looking for a career clearly within kfc it’s just a job! Bring back CHAMPS and stricter area managers please! It worked for years now it’s almost as if it’s whatever happens happens . Customer service is hard when your young and the leader should be leading ! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
