Mcdonald's - Leominster

I've never had such bad experiences in a drive-thru. the 2 cars in front of me had to pull on the side to wait for her to eat, I and then the 3 cars behind me had to do the same. I had to wait 18 minutes for 2 cheerful meals. the young in the drive-thru had the dirtyest hands/nails I saw in a very long time, and the older man who finally brought my food into my car had no uniform and dirty jeans overalls. I have no idea what was going on this day, but I will never return to this mcdonald.

Fish sandwich had just a drop of tarter sauce and was cold. Will go to burger King for now on.

Service was ok, food was very greasy, dining area and restrooms needed cleaning!Prices are outrageous!!Prefer Wendy’s or Burger King instead!.

Why advertise 24/7 when it's not? Wasted a good 45 mins and gas coming out here. Update the page please.

Since the pandemic I really feel the McDonald's (all locations) has really just gone down hill. If I order large, I receive medium sized drinks or fries. Fries containers are always 1/2 full. It never matters how long I wait in the line somehow I always have to pull into a waiting spot and wait even longer. Really just not worth it to go to McDonald's anymore.
