Kfc - Lenoir City

Pull to order. Waits until after I paid to tell me there’s a 10 minute wait on chicken strips. Tell the customers this before they pay so they can go elsewhere to order. It’s supposed to be FAST food.

Chicken was not done try to call no one answered .. The rest was burnt .. Got 12 piece meal ..

Why is there employee or former employee trying to carry on conversation across counter to crew working and ppl waiting on food?? Unprofessional no wonder it so slow for food and service.

Came to the drive thru to get back out quick no line at all no one inside at the counter 6 people I counted from the window paid for my order a famous bowl and was asked to pull around to wait on it that they were short handed and oh no chicken livers at this location.

This is by far the best KFC I have had in a long time. I wish our KFC in Chattanooga was this good. Super friendly employees, very clean dining room, restrooms clean. The food was perfect, prepared the way it should be.
