Togo's Sandwiches - Lemon Hill

Great customer service, PPE was being used! Kinda sad though. I grew up with a old art deco Baskin Robbins 31. My favorite flavor from when I was a kid wasn't there. The location has two businesses in one building. So not enough room for all 31

My son ordered this cake last week and when he picked it up today this is how it looked like! Today is my bday and he bought this as a present for me! And all the management could offer him was to buy it for 50% off or get his money back! Shame on you Baskin Robins!! A three year old could do better than this!!

Not the best of the bunch in terms of quality, location or service, but it will do if you are just looking to fill the void that is your ice cream craving. Ever since Togo's and Baskin Robbins merged a bunch of locations, I feel they've both dropped in quality. Maybe that's just me. I suppose the thinking is that those who want Togo's also might want ice cream, but for whatever reason the chains don't mesh well for me. This particular store was a little messy and cluttered. We went with pineapple coconut, which is one of those classic Baskin Robbins flavors that's hard to find anywhere else. The only other place I've tasted it is at the Rite Aid Thrifty ice cream station, but BR's is superior rich, creamy, perfect for a summer's day. While you're at it, I suppose you could pick up a sandwich too.

Locked the doors on me on a Friday night the 13th. 09/13/19 to be exact. I had a full ten minutes until closing time. Yes I know it's cutting it close but we had a craving. Really disappointed. Is that normal for this store to lock up ten minutes till closing?

I love this place because of the friendliness especially of the nite staff. They are young people who keeps the place very clean. the kind of ice cream that i love is always in stock. I always order 2 scoops of the strawberry cheese cake. This ice cream is so good. Lately I have been getting it packed in a quart size cup. It is worth the $7.99 that i pay also from that.
