Togo's Sandwiches - Lemon Hill

Lots of flavors, but waited 30 plus minutes and no one even said hi to take my order so I left for Starbucks.

The first time I bought an ice cream cake, I asked someone to write Congratulations on it and the writing looked like someone didn 't even put effort in it to make it took nice. The second time I ordered a custom cake, the writing was messed up and the decoration was not fully correct. I definitely don 't recommend getting ice cream cake or anything custom from Baskin Robbins. Stick to Cold Stone

Employees are horrible! Rude and rush putting the Sundays toppings. Sandra, is one employee you don't want to take multiple orders from you.

Great customer service, PPE was being used! Kinda sad though. I grew up with a old art deco Baskin Robbins 31. My favorite flavor from when I was a kid wasn't there. The location has two businesses in one building. So not enough room for all 31

My son ordered this cake last week and when he picked it up today this is how it looked like! Today is my bday and he bought this as a present for me! And all the management could offer him was to buy it for 50% off or get his money back! Shame on you Baskin Robins!! A three year old could do better than this!!
