Visited On 8/17 @6pm. One of your male staff with the long hair needs to keep have all his hair tied up. His his hair was dangling all over his face when rolling the pretzels. I would not want to find a peace of hair in my food

I've come here three times in the past two weeks to terrible service. Two weeks ago we came in an hour before closing to be told they weren't serving any more food. Came in a few days ago and they were out of everything and weren't making more. Came in today, an hour after they had opened (they open at 11), to be told it would take a half hour for the product I wanted to order (mini pretzel dogs) and that was after I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing there.

Pretzels are little pricier but their garlic parmesan pretzel is not so good. Its just a powdered mixture on pretzel which never sticks to it. Not worth trying.

A girl named Cecilia was rude when taking my order. I’m no Karen, but I know good customer service when I see it.

Staff is very friendly and great place to eat, pretzels always fresh
