Bidra med feedbackMy visit to 13.11.2022 in the dark restaurant did not take place! Only by chance read in the reviews at OpenTable that potential guests on 14.10., 15.10. and 22.10. after a long journey there stood outside the door. There was no information from OpenTable or from the dark restaurant itself. Also on the website of the dark restaurant there is no indication of a closure. My calls within the supposed opening hours were unsuccessful. So I wrote an email and asked for answer... nix. So I saved my way there. I hope it's kind of clearing up and getting light into the dark restaurant. Why always the dark restaurant has apparently been around for a few weeks, and I just want to wish the staff and the guests the best, but an info to the (potential) visitors should be inside as part of a customer service to be expected. I even got a reminder from OpenTable the day before, so I don't forget my appointment at the restaurant and now I'm asked how it was there and can give reviews. Is there something wrong? But this is probably the case in the digital world where reservations are outsourct and a correct important flow of information is neglected. I'm so angry!
It was a very beautiful evening and a completely new experience. We like to come back.
Interesting to experience now the prices have risen very 50, for the menue is not quite appropriate from my point of view, well you support visually impaired yet you should not take advantage of this bonus on the part of the management the team on site takes care well and intensively despite reduction, if you go wrong, you can see it as a guest (wrongly recorded menu selection has been corrected live) as a whole as an experience to recommend...

The overall impression was very. Beverage prices a little too expensive. The beer was a little too warm. Otherwise we were very satisfied. Christian has hosted us well and has taken care of us well. It was a good evening. We would like to recommend them.
