El Pollo Loco - Lehi

Good tasting chicken with good options. The corn in Avacodo was super rough. The rest of the salad was good. Enchiladas were pretty good.

This was my first experience with El Pollo Loco and I was not very satisfied with the food we delivered to us. I ordered an 8-piece family meal on Uber and paid $35 total for burned and dried chicken that had very little taste to them. They forgot the salsa for our chips and the dressing for our salad we ordered. The Mac and the cheese are good, but can definitely taste a lot of butter? I want to try this place again.

We were greeted as we came in. The guy who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Our order was ready very quickly and correctly (my burrito without beans) The food tasted good and we enjoyed our time in the restaurant. When we got up to leave the worker cleaning tables thanked us for coming and told us to have a good day.

Just ate here right now. Food is sooo delicious their tostada salad is great only reason i gave it a 3 was because of the customer service at drive thru it was very complicated to hear her i had to keep asking her to repeat because i couldnt understand and she didnt try to speak up, seemed she was laughing having a convo in the background. very distracted individual so it made it frustrating to order, seemed like she was to busy speaking with her co workers while i was trying to figure out what she was even saying about my order at the same time. I suggest you guys leave your work conversations when your completely finished taking a customer's order. reason being is she couldn't hear what i was saying either i had to keep repeating as well. Excellent food missed it when i left California. The seasoning is very good and i love the fact that it is grilled.
