Pizza Hut - Leesburg

The staff was very friendly, and the bathrooms and dining areas were clean. The food was delicious as well. The General Manager, Monir, even stopped by to ensure our meal was up to our expectations, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience. However, deliveries can occasionally take longer than expected, likely due to staff shortages. I definitely recommend dining here; the new employees are doing an excellent job!

These Pizza Huts, like most of them, seem stuck in the late 80s. The decor, lighting, and even the menu all reflect that era. The food is decent but not outstanding. However, the service was excellent, and the manager was very friendly. My pizza arrived quickly and was enjoyable.

The wings are typically fantastic, although the selection of sauces could be improved. The pizzas might be better if I didn't have to opt for thin crust due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, they often come out overcooked and dry. I have a feeling that the quality of the food varies with changes in staff, which happens in many restaurants. However, the staff members are always friendly and quick to address any unusual mistakes or issues.

Good for performance. Delivery speed is dirty. I don't recommend eating unless you drink sweet drinks. I was surprised when we tried to order unsweetened iced tea and they said they didn't. Worse than my daughter. Your only choice was sweet drinks. I'm shocked that a restaurant that wants children and family has no milk of any kind. We wanted to find a restaurant where we could eat and drink.

When i pulled up the restaurant there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot and the building looked vacant. I knew right then that it wouldn’t be a good experience. When I went inside there was a stale smell and it wasn’t as cool as I’d expect in a restaurant. The young kid who was at the cash register seemed to have no idea what was going on and the other kid next to him just sat there on his cell phone. All red flags. There was only one other lady in the back making pizza. No other customers inside. The place was empty with dirty dishes and trash on the tables. Once I got the pizzas home there was a sour taste with the sauce and the pizza just didn’t taste great at all. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite but I can honestly say I’ll probably never go back and will stick with dominos.
