Pizza Hut - Leesburg

Good for performance. Delivery speed is dirty. I don't recommend eating unless you drink sweet drinks. I was surprised when we tried to order unsweetened iced tea and they said they didn't. Worse than my daughter. Your only choice was sweet drinks. I'm shocked that a restaurant that wants children and family has no milk of any kind. We wanted to find a restaurant where we could eat and drink.

When i pulled up the restaurant there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot and the building looked vacant. I knew right then that it wouldn’t be a good experience. When I went inside there was a stale smell and it wasn’t as cool as I’d expect in a restaurant. The young kid who was at the cash register seemed to have no idea what was going on and the other kid next to him just sat there on his cell phone. All red flags. There was only one other lady in the back making pizza. No other customers inside. The place was empty with dirty dishes and trash on the tables. Once I got the pizzas home there was a sour taste with the sauce and the pizza just didn’t taste great at all. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite but I can honestly say I’ll probably never go back and will stick with dominos.

This Pizza Hut is honestly an embarrassment to the chain and should close. I'm very disappointed that this is the only Pizza Hut near me. I ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong order. The delivery driver told me that he was going to run back and get the right one. After 30 minutes of waiting for him to return, I called and found out that the delivery driver never went back and instead went home for the night. They had my order sitting on the counter cold. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake my order and deliver it. All together this experience took almost 2 hours and they discounted my food 10% and I got a free pizza coupon in my email. Icing on the top, I called in to use my free coupon and they didn't have anyone to deliver. Not that big of a deal that I had to pick it up, but just shows how unprepared they are as a restaurant. I refuse to order from here anymore.

I've tried ordering from this restaurant three times in the past month, and twice they haven't had a delivery driver during peak times. The second time, I was offered 15% to come pick it up myself. How generous. When I said I'd just cancel the order, she hung up on me. Not even an apology. I'm sure other restaurants will appreciate my business a little more from now on.

The food was great. But everything else was SO awful that it deserves zero stars! It is filthy! Restrooms are gross. Service...well, they waited on us. That 's good, I guess! We were far from the counter when we heard a young worker use the sh word. Then, a few minutes later we heard this white kid call another worker a n ! Customers should NOT hear that language! It was offensive! BTW, we were the only customers in there. Not a surprise!
