Panera Bread - Lee's Summit

Didn’t even get a chance to eat. Arrived an hour and a half before close with my family to find a group of youngsters goofing around with staff, was Informed they were out of bread and the girl who was explaining what all they were out of stopped mid sentence to grab a phone from her friend and proceeded to take selfies with it while forgetting she was talking to me. Needless to say we turned around and walked out, you lost our business. Check your cameras around 7:20.

Sad meal. Ordered a you pick two, and the Turkey sandwich looks so small and sad! Nothing on it but Turkey and cheese and cold bread. And the Caesar salad had lots of spoiled pieces.:(Sad, Panera, what happened to your nice meals?

It took a long time to get our food, because they need more help.

Now that Fall is here Panera’s Autumn Harvest soup is at the top of their Soup menu. Apparently that is the only place it is. We have gone to this location twice, in two weeks, and Autumn Harvest soup has not been available. If they run before 2:00 PM maybe they should be ordering more or remove it from the menu.

When they wait on the person behind you in line you get 1 star. So to the young man that wouldn't wait on me even when a coworker/manager asked him to twice? You might be in the wrong job. The soup was good and came up quickly. Kudos to the rest of the staff.
