Taco Bell - Lees Summit

Dude, its Taco Bell. You know what you did. This location is fairly clean and only screws your order up 1 out of 8 times. Pain to get in and out of because of the parking lot, but not as bad as many of the newer fast food spots in LS. Seriously, can someone fire our city planners already?

Out of the four Taco bells in Lee's Summit this one is by far the worst. They always have the worst employees for the night shift after 5:00. They always get your order wrong and if you try to correct it, because of Covid-19, you have to sit in the drive thru line for another hour (yes they are that slow) before you can correct their order because they never give you the right order. Absolute worst ongoing worst performance by a restaurant in Lee's Summit. Go to the one off 3rd Street, or the one by Price Chopper off Todd George for a competent staff and correct order. One off Chipman is just as bad as 291 when it's the night crew.

Went through drive thru for $5 box. Long line and when I order to the speaker, she said sadly that we come with new box tomorrow and do not have $5 that was pictured on the menu board and advertised on tv. So remained in the line until others got their orders. Don't understand that they have things they could have done. Surprising.

This place has never run to standard. The food is rarely fresh and is usually soggy. No one likes soggy tacos....

Very good service fast and friendly. The best place for a baja flash.
