Culver's - Lees Summit

In February 2024, I tried the tenderloin sandwich, which was a generous portion and was both hot and delicious! I also had the chicken tenders today, and they were incredibly flavorful.

I'm really frustrated with ordering from this place. I've ended up spending nearly $30 through DoorDash for a chicken sandwich that turns out to be just one giant, hard, unappetizing piece. It's practically inedible, and I'm over it. Whenever I order to-go, my order is always messed up or ends up like this, but when I order inside, it's fine. It's almost like they take advantage of the fact that you won't be there to complain, and they just throw the food together carelessly.

The staff were incredibly friendly to our puppy and even treated him to a pup cup, which was a nice touch. However, they did forget to include our onion rings in the bag, which was disappointing. The salad was fresh, and the burger was decent, but nothing exceptional.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and respectful! We visited with our family, and they kindly treated us to a complimentary family-sized portion of cheese curds! They also provided free drinks and ice cream for the kids. We will definitely be coming back!

I usually love the shrimp and concrete at Culver's, but today I opted for something new. I ordered the Atlantic Cod Sandwich along with a large fries and a large drink. I was extremely disappointed. The fry bag contained only 11 fries, and the sandwich was underwhelming; it featured a fish stick no bigger than my thumb on a large bun overloaded with lettuce. It tasted more like a salad sandwich than anything else. For $10, I really should have chosen a different place, and I intend to do that in the future.
