Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is decent, but our experience was tainted by one staff member. We visited on Boxing Day as a group of 7 and enjoyed the set menu options. However, the atmosphere was spoiled by an older waiter in a black waistcoat and beard who seemed disinterested and grunted at us. His attitude cost the restaurant a tip of £30, as we were ready to leave 10%. It's a shame, as the other staff members were pleasant. The owner may need to address this issue to prevent future negative experiences.
First time we’ve been since shortly after it opened 9 10 years ago. Staff were so friendly, a good number of them from the moment we walked until we left, service was like you get in Dubai. Food and atmosphere were great. It was only refurbed last month apparently lovely.
Ok but wasn't hugely impressed. Found the curries to be very sweet and the grilled items we had to be a little over done. I wouldn't hurry back
Service very poor. Ignored. Asked for our drinks several times. Long wait between courses. Long wait for the bill. Food average.
There are no options on the menu stated as being vegetarian and in the vegetable mains section healthy choice chicken is stated as an option!!! Clearly this is not a vegetable main! This is really off putting as potentially none of the other options in this same section are actually vegetarian, they could be cooked in the same section as meat so this maybe why they are not specified as being veggie? Indian restaurants are normally really good for vegetarians but unfortunately Zoya is not one of them.
