Mcdonald's Leeds Oakwood

Some staff obviously can't read orders and when an order has been put in for certain things not to be put on due to allergy. And then to find out there on the burger. I will not be ordering from here again can't even follow a simple order. What kind of people are you employing obviously ones that can't read.

Been here twice and both times food has been incorrect. They don't offer a refund unless you want to drive all the way back. Awful service

Waited 30 minutes for my fast food. Place was dirty with lots of litter. Order was wrong when we got home.

Food came and half of the food was missing, tried calling them to give them chance to rectify the order but the number doesn't go through just keeps beeping and to top it off the food was luke warm at the most, very disappointed in the Oakwood Leeds branch

Good food but the prioritising of just eat and uber eats needs sorting out! We get breakfast at that time because we don't get another chance until about midday and we don't want to be waiting for 5 minutes to get our food!... plenty of staff to run two lines!
