Absolutely delicious food.Had the taramasalata with fish skins to share as a starter with hubby as taramasalata is his favourite.The best we have ever tasted and fish skins very usual but again delicious. We both had the Cornish Sole which again is the best we have ever had..watch out Rick Stein !!! Lovely staff and a lovely touch with the complimentary almonds and olives. We are not from this area but are planning a return trip just so we can come to The New Wave . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
