Bidra med feedbackWorst on tour. We arrived early for dinner at 7.10pm. Kitchen not open till 7.30. We had to ask for some bread oil while we were waiting..nothing was offered. I know there was a language barrier, but the staff were not great. We only had a main course and 3 glasses of wine. One main course was Sea Bass...and almost inedible..another was a seafood pasta, which was weird, but tasted ok, the other 2 has pasta with sword fish and aubergine...you had to be a detective to find anything except the pasta in a tomato sauce. At 125 eu, for what we got, it was disappointing.
We reserved a table at this restaurant based on some good recommendations and were really looking forward to it. When the bread arrived it was dry. The pasta dish was mediocre with the sauce lacking in flavour and the pasta undercooked. We ordered sea bass, the special, which was tiny, dry and appeared like a cheap piece of supermarket frozen breaded fish. We also ordered side dishes…. Potatoes were recommended and were over cooked, barely warm and shrivelled. The green salad was unbelievable, a handful of iceberg lettuce, a few large chunks of carrot and two halved tomatoes, the worst ‘salad’ I have seen. The staff while superficially friendly were inattentive and pressuring you to buy more and there was clearly some friction between staff members. They were rude to people on the adjacent table when they were given the wrong order. All in all a dreadful and disappointing experience which was made worse by the overpricing. I can honestly say this was the worst meal I have had for many years
Nice location, not terribly friendly service. Over priced three euros each for five pieces of stale bread. House wine was €12 a glass. Pasta with red sauce and prawns was nice. Swordfish tartare bland, not fresh today. Worst meal in 3 1/2 weeks in southern Italy.
