Good restaurant overall, but we left today because the ordering process is now a little complicated. I like to serve kiosks themselves, they take much longer to order, and you don't save money by ordering through a kiosk. I understand the challenges of employment, but it is frustrating to see how jobs are being dismantled by companies. We will probably be back at some point, but we went to a restaurant where there is a living breath people to take the order. In Fairness, Wendy had one, but she was pretty busy and the line was a little extended. they went through a remodel last year or two and would have added stains where people can take orders instead of self-serve kiosks.
The best I've had for a long time! I also had those on the southern cumberland and there is a very clear difference in quality. West Main Wendy's is far superior. I just wish the company took care of their employees. They all look exhausted and extremely warm. You need a good A/C in the kitchen as it looks.
Got my great single Burger with cheese...but FYI ...they have it on special for just $1.00 the whole month of March if you have their app
Clean location, touch screens were having a hard time getting order in. I wasn't the only one having a problem. Other than that was a good experience
