The Elm Street Eatery - Lebanon

What should I say? wow, only wow. fiance noticed that this place was always packed. we had free time and decided to go to breakfast. I was there and the parking lot was full except two slots. he waits for 10 minutes on a place and enjoyed a perfect breakfast and our waitress was simply phenomenal! I recommend it to everyone!

As a regular diner, it seemed good. Service was great. It would be great for regular meat eater. However I was looking for a vegan option in Lebanon, MO and Google lead me here. Only option at Elm Street Eatery was that you can choose a veggie burger for any of the burger plates and you could choose a salad instead of French Fries for a $2.19 up charge. I guess not many people choose the veggie burger because it was pretty dry with rock hard edges. I don't know if Morningstar is vegan or just vegetarian. But that was the only option. Next time I will chose Burger King for an Impossible burger. It would have been better and about half the cost.

Absolutely delicious. Homemade food and very kind waitress. Owners came out and chatted with us. I do believe the guy seated us and asked us what we would be drinking.

Food is overpriced. My daughter had a hair in her food and by the time she got her replacement, the rest of our party was done eating. No discount was given for the inconvenience.

We love eating here when we are in town. The seating is great, spacious, not cramped at all. The wait staff is always so friendly and attentive. The food is delicous, wholesome and plentiful on the plate. The restroom has always been clean.
