Taste great but slow service. And chocolate ice cream is the culprit

On 10/7 I went inside to order, It was around 6PM. The young lady who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I unfortunately cannot say the same about your cooks.. As I was standing in your front lobby I seen they made SEVERAL orders, Drive-Thru and front counter. They NEVER were wearing GLOVES!! That is extremely nasty! I eat here at least 3 times a week. And I always go thru the Drive-Thru I am sure glad i went in this time. Will not return unless I can see food being made. Extremely sad.. Hope this gets fixed..

Was given a prepaid gift card and they wouldn't honor it CROOKED!!! Nothing worse than A CROOK! Thanks
