Meriwether's - Leavenworth

Meriwether is a sweet little coffee shop in downtown Leavenworth. They have huge donuts that are tasty and they also serve for lunch. I love the chicken salad sandwich and I will often order it for pickup and take it into the office if I don't have time to eat inside. Great place to meet for small groups. We hope that our reviews and photos are helpful for insights into shopping, food and games in the area where we live.

Meriwether has some of the best donuts in the area. They are great, tasty and have substance to them. I am a simple glazed donut type of guy and I like the taste of the dough. I never had anything else from here except the Donuts. You have a small shop in the front with handicrafts. Lots of humorous things and clothes. GREAT DONUTS!! UPDATE: 3/15/22 During the urging of the mountain I stopped to taste the breakfast Burrito. I had the Carnitas Burrito and it's all and more that it was pronounced. Great combination of ingredients and it was 't a soggy mess that too often with other Burritos I had elsewhere. The salsa verde served him the perfect tangent. This was added to my must when in the area.

Excellent feeling of balance with her food presentations today and the Muddy River that she was made excellent. The mood of the whole place is earthy and welcoming with a selection of curiosities and local art, all available for purchase to the demanding customers. The staff was very friendly and efficient at the counter, although this morning was quite busy and both my and my child's drinks were quickly provided without quality sacrifice. I cannot recommend this place enough for the needs of coffee and donuts all the way to carefully curated charcuterie.

Support local and go to Meriwether's! It is a unique and resourceful place. There's something for everyone here. The donuts are ridiculously delicious. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And they have such a wide range of goodies! From clothing and accessories to the locally managed jam and cast candles I was very impressed. I will definitely eat again and try delicious and original food.

We recently discovered Meriwether's while on a mini roadtrip with my boys. Cool people and yummy food. The coffee and the brownies were excellent. While the boys enjoyed their sweet I enjoyed the art and the people watching. What a cool place to find off our beaten track. Now I wish we lived closer!
