Bidra med feedbackNormally I don’t post reviews but it was not a pleasant experience coming in to get a subway club today; the person working didn’t use their gloves and picked at the spinach with their bare hands, plus she took a while to just refill lettuce and every topping looked liked it hadn’t been replenished in a while. I worked at a subway back in 2020 and if I was caught doing stuff with my bare hands it would have resulted in a disclipinary action. Please consider retraining this person or getting new people in store; it’s not acceptable and food handler courses teach you not to do this.
Don't go here. Always one stoner doing your sandwich slow as possible while another is sitting in the back doing random stuff. And always clueless how to add up your order, and need two of their braincells to do it. That's the only time the other stoner actually emerges from the back.
Proceed with caution at this Subway! Picture this: one guy behind the counter, wearing a sandwich artist hat and a grimace, who's more interested in sharing his aches and pains than crafting your lunch. Meanwhile, the supposed manager is doodling on a whiteboard, oblivious to the chaos unfolding. After a 20-minute wait I finally ordered, only to discover when I arrived home that my spouse's sandwich has gone on a secret mission with another customer. Cue the sandwich swaparoo! ?? Props for the refund, but presentation? Let's just say, it wasn't winning any beauty contests.
I came in Tuesday, February 13th at 5 pm. Upon arrival, I noticed an employee shift change happening. The 2 employees leaving, a guy and a girl, were annoyed that they had to stay later. The young guy coming in was actually pulled from another location by the manager of the store to come work there. The 2 employees there prior did not restock, clean, or anything. The young guy there, Luis, did his job perfect to the best of his ability under the conditions he walked into. He was very professional and polite! Management needs to address this situation with the 2 previous employees. There was no ice, veggies not restocked, bathroom was nasty, and drink area was appalling. Luis needs a raise or moved to management! I don't know this kid but how he handled himself, showed amazing work ethic. I would have left or been visually angry if I was in his position. He just had a smile on his face and was positive the entire time. Simply amazing!
Went to pick up our food that we ordered online today, but was told a doordash driver took the order. They wouldn't remake the order or give a refund. Ridiculous!
