Burger King - Leander

Failed Burger King location. They always have a different excuse to why they can’t serve you food.

Their sign clearly states flame grilled, but their flavorless meat boldly speaks otherwise!!!Service is fast, but it was still incorrect.Large fries were hard and dry. Left unsalted.I cannot recommend this place!!!

We had an awful experience again here, so I thought I would leave a review about what keeps happening.This is the 2nd time we have gone for breakfast, and they tell us they don 't have enough biscuits for our order. The 1st time it was 30 min til they stopped serving breakfast, and they told my husband they ran out and didn 't have anymore to make. Then, while he was waiting for the order inside, one of the staff told him they just did want to make them.Then I went last week at 9:15 and they didn 't have any customers in the drivethru and maybe one I the parking lot. They told me they didn 't have enough biscuits for my whole order (I ordered 4 sausage biscuits, and they only had 2 biscuits) while I was ordering. I was baffled. I asked why they couldn 't make any. I got the reply: Well, I mean, we can. But you will have to wait 15 min. Why didn 't they offer this in the first place? So I said I would wait. After I paid, they told me to pull around to the parking lot, and they would bring it out. Almost 30 min later, after watching 2 customers go in and bring out food, I went inside to check on my order. They had forgotten me. They tried to say they were making it right now, but they were just standing around talking to each other when I walked in.Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

Have been here multiple times and it takes twice as long as other locations with less customers. we were very kind about the 20 minute wait, but our food still came out of wrong, missing, and/or cold and hard.

The food was good, the service was nice, it took a while to get food, and I can't comment on the atmosphere since I haven't gone in
