Cookies With Altitude - Leadville

I loved this little place!! I visited early in the morning. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Great spot in Leadville!!

We did a cake of red velvet; cupcakes of chocolate and vanilla. Frosting was her suggestion of buttercream mixed w/ cream cheese. Everything was amazing our guest loved having the cupcake options and they are the jumbo size. This was a last minute thing and they 100% pulled it off. They took my vision and made it reality. She even took flowers out of her own garden to make my dream cake come true! 100% recommend

Good service, good atmosphere. The food was ok at best for lunch. Which is surprising because I enjoyed the breakfast last time I was here. Pictures speak for themselves Mac and cheese is not white cheddar, it’s cream with fiesta blend sprinkled on top. Tomato soup was chunky and tomato skin all through it, with bland flavor. Use an Emerson blender or strain it out atleast…. Grilled cheese- cheese isn’t even melted. Kitchen needs a little work on the lunch items. Slow down and do it better. As I said when I previously had breakfast it was good.

I ordered eggs over medium. Most places cook the eggs too fast/hot and under cook the whites or over cook and turn the yolk into a hockey puck. These were perfect! The pancakes were fluffy and tasty. All in all I had a great breakfast!
