Kfc - Layton

This is a chicken place, right? 3rd visit I had to wait 15 minutes or for chicken, dinner time and no chicken. I wait for my chicken that I got home and the chicken is over cooked, the potatoes smell burned and the fact was just.. well...off. the person taking my order was rude asking so do you want the chicken or not. I was told to pull around the window the from where I waited 20 minutes for chicken. Then my food was shoved through the window as the workers says, here 's your chicken . I caught the chicken the sides landed in my lap.I had just paid 50.00 dollars for a chicken meal from a fast food restaurant that wasn 't fast and was only barely food.

After one hour waiting for order they said machine not working ????don’t come to this

I've always enjoyed KFC I've never once ever got bad service. Food's always hot and fresh the employees there have always been nice and friendly more than helpful.Parking: There's plenty of parking accesses convenient and Easy in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: Did you have handicap parking and they have plenty of wheelchair accessible tables

Its understandable when they ask you to wait while they prep more food to fill your order. Family order of tenders and a sandwich. They repeat your order at the window and you have to tell them, and a chicken sandwich , they ask you to wait around the corner, they bring out the order and you ask again and the response is yes, in the bag. Get home, no sandwich in the bag. One family member very upset. To far away to waste another trip, Not a cheap order, we dont visit often but the kids were very excited. Poor Experience.

Chicken pieces were so small my wife's were bigger I guess due to them being extra crispy I won't ever go here
