Its understandable when they ask you to wait while they prep more food to fill your order. Family order of tenders and a sandwich. They repeat your order at the window and you have to tell them, and a chicken sandwich , they ask you to wait around the corner, they bring out the order and you ask again and the response is yes, in the bag. Get home, no sandwich in the bag. One family member very upset. To far away to waste another trip, Not a cheap order, we dont visit often but the kids were very excited. Poor Experience.

Chicken pieces were so small my wife's were bigger I guess due to them being extra crispy I won't ever go here

When I am paying 16 for 5 small chicken stripes, 2 small side dishes, and a small biscuit, I expect the meal to be fresh, hot, and puttogether nicely. There was no one but myself, and grandson in the store. Your food should not be cold.

They never have crispy chicken anymore! And I got a famous bowl I only got 4 pieces of chicken and hardly any corn and the bowl is MAYBE half full.

Went in tonight, ordered, paid, and then waited 50 minutes and then was told they ran out of chicken. Really?!! A chicken place runs out of chicken at 6:30 pm when they are open until 11 pm. Was told I could come back tomorrow and get my food for free. Yah, cuz they had already taken my money for food they didn't have tonight.
