Taco Bell - Lawton

Taco bell is always friendly, they get our order correct almost all the time and fixit if it isn't right. The folks who do the making of the orders always wear gloves. Nice clean establishment sorry I have no pics at this time. UPDATE: We had such a pleasant experience a few nights ago. While ordering we had the distinct pleasure of our order being taken by a young lady named Rochelle. She was so polite, saying yes ma’am and no ma’am, friendly and knowledgeable. I just had to do a review on her alone!

Went during the lunch rush. I was still in and out of the drive thru within 10 minutes. Order was right and sealed! Great job!

We just ordered from there and the young lady that had the Afro and no hairnet forgot our drink and the chips to our nachos and when we brought it to her attention she had an I don’t care attitude. We also ordered large drinks and she gave us smalls. You have one job, get the customer order right .

Terrible they not only messed up the order apparently everything consist of 1 oz of protein the most skimpy tacos known to man. Highly recommend go anywhere else but here. Terrible customer service. Taco Bell why is this okay just flat out terrible!!!

I have just my order of two bright and outgoing employees called xavier and malena (not sure off spelling). I felt like my order was taken by a friend. they seemed very real, and their personality/property is definitive enough to win me as a regular customer.
