Very inattentive staff. Things were all over the place. They seemed busy/overwhelmed by only a couple of customers. Forgot about me in the middle of placing my cake order and took others in line before returning to me. In all honesty, I have little faith in the turn out of the cake I ordered if these are the people that are going to be making it lol Update: Cake turned out great. Much better service this time around.

I ordered a cookie cake for my son. It was ready on time and decorated nicely. The employees were friendly both times.

I visit this restaurant at least once a year because my son prefers a large cookie over cake. They've always been very accommodating and fulfill my requests without any hesitation. This year, I made a last-minute change for his 20th birthday, and they handled it wonderfully, even after I had to call to make another adjustment. Everything turned out fantastic! The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to their customers.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and their cookies are simply delightful. They also have cookie cakes available! I highly recommend giving them a visit.
