Bonefish Grill - Lawrence Township

We just came for the Bang Bang Shrimp, and I wasn't disappointed. The burger was also really good.

We stopped here for dinner and sat at the bar. Julia was our bartender and she was friendly and attentive. You have a special 2 dinners for $45 deal that caught our eye because it includes key lime cake for dessert. We decided to try this, and I ordered Mahi and he ordered the bone-in pork. It contained huge salads, I had house and he had Caesar. My Mahi was very juicy and the Mango Salsa really had a kick. The broccoli and jasmine rice were nothing special, but both the Mahi and the pigs were delicious and perfectly cooked. We took the Key Lime cake to go, and when Julia found out we had 3 more hours to go, she gave us some water in To-Go cups. We ate the cake later in our hotel and WOW, it was the best part of the meal. We fought over the better bites and wished we had another slice.

The attitude and the staff were nice, but I feel like I'm paying more than the food. Food is decent not sure what its signature is. Not impressed, so I guess I won't return.

I never had an experience where the whole food was just bad. The steak is not larger than a chicken plier from the chicks FIL a. I asked about medium well and they gave me good. Couldn't cut it and it was burned. The salmon cake wasn't good either. To be a seafood place, I was very disappointed, it was not good. I really liked the asparagus. No one at my table liked their food, but they didn't eat it anyway. Nothing was good than the asparagus. The waiter came back only when everyone made their food, so I spent all night starving. After that I didn't have to pay for the meal and they took it back. But the fact that she didn't come by to check until everyone was done was not good, because if something was wrong... what it was... Then it could not be fixed. And I am a very understanding person, but we were the last 3 tables, so it wasn't as if the waiter was overwhelmed that she just didn't come. The manager offered to do it again, but why should I let everyone wait after they cook their food again? I'll never go there again. While we all discussed how bad the food was, they said that someone else was using it to own it a while ago, and maybe that's why it went down the landfills. I don't know if it was my first and last time.

I gave it 3 stars because my expectations were high. We ordered a number of things to try and although not bad at all, they were all bland. The fries were nice and crisp, and the sauce on them was good though and we enjoyed that a lot. The pasta was tasteless and the mussels were also just creamy and not tasty.
