Really excellent service. It was nice to experience a smiling, helpful employee :

Normal status of service. Less than stellar customer service abilities from the staff. Facility was clean and so were the bathrooms. Food service didn't take long and quality was to par.

My experience at this location has been less than satisfactory. With rude staff and a menu that wasn 't accurate to what they currently have. I was just picked up from work and was on my way to see fireworks with my family when we decided to go get Taco Bell we pulled up ordered my mother 's then began to order mine which was a deluxe cravings box. The staff member taking the order had attitude and as someone who also works in fast food you need to give your customers the best service you can even if your having a bad day and what he said to my father made us cancel our order and leave without any food. We ordered 2 deluxe craving boxes. the staff member said we don 't have a deluxe cravings box. When we inquired as to why it was showing on the menu, the guy taking the order responded with well why would I lie. So we asked again why it was on the menu and he told us well then go to Burger King. Absolutely horrible customer service.

At approximately 8:50 PM today I arrived at this place to pick up a DoorDash. I parked because it appeared there were customers inside because there was a guy I could see that was not in uniform inside. So I walked through the unlock door and I 'm told the lobby is closed I said I 'm here for a DoorDash.The employee says to his boss he is here for a DoorDash and then the special snowflake millennial named Zach stuck his head around the corner and said the lobby is closed so I have to go around.I said if you don 't want people in the lobby why don 't you just lock your door?which point in time he had a complete typical special snowflake meltdown and threaten to refuse to give me the order even if I did go around which I was willing to do. It just got worse from there.
