Bidra med feedbackWe ordered online tonight. We were missing all of the sauces which were more than half the items we ordered. We ordered a pizza, crazy combo, cheese bread and 8 cups of sauce. None of the sauces came and for some reason no one decided to even cut the cheesebread. I was upset but still ok until I tried to call to get it fixed. I was on hold for 22 minutes because no one would answerthe help line and that was after I had already called the store several times and it just kept ringing and no one would pick up.After I FINALLY got someone to help me she said I would be getting a refund but when I asked how much was being refunded shesaid I don 't know ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I 'm missing stuff from my order and you can 't tell me how much I am being refundedbecause you guys messed up!? She responded with the return department will determine that . What does that even mean? I didn 'tget my stuff. Your customer service is ridiculous after you are the ones who made a mistake. I can understand and get overmistakes because we are all human. What I can 't get over is the HORRIBLY sad excuse for customer service . I will never orderfrom you again. I know this probably means nothing to you but I will make sure I tell everyone about this and hope they don 'twaste their time or money with you in the future.
Getting pizza on Halloween night around 9. There was a lot of people and they had to close doors due to high demand and closing time coming up. My only complaint on how they handled this was they would open the door to serve a few people but quickly shutthe door on others. They told us to pick up from window and everyone there went to line up. But then they would serve people whowalked up and as others approached tried to ignore us. Would not have a big problem I'd they just treated everyone the same. Butthey tried at the window, to fix our phone order. So good still.
When I finally reached someone for assistance, she promised that I would receive a refund. However, when I asked for the refund amount, she responded, "I don’t know, you killed me!?" I expressed my confusion since I was missing items from my order, and she suggested that the return department would handle it. I have no idea what that means. I didn’t receive my order, and the customer service response was extremely disappointing, especially given that the mistake was on your end. I understand that errors happen; we’re all human. However, the lack of a sincere apology or a proper resolution is unbearable. I will not be ordering from you again. While this review might not matter to you, I will ensure that I share my experience with others so they can avoid wasting their time and money with your establishment in the future.

We were instructed to pick up our orders from the window, and everyone gathered there. However, they seemed to prioritize some people who approached the service window while trying to ignore us. If there weren't so many issues, I wouldn't have minded as much, but it felt unfair that they were treating some customers differently. They did eventually try to resolve our phone order at the window, so that was a positive aspect. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
I received a pizza I didn't even order, and to make matters worse, the dough was completely raw. I had to put it in the oven just so I could eat it! You should see how it looked from above! It's unbelievable that they would serve something like this. And the state of the box after I took the pizza out? Just a mess! I definitely won't be coming back.
