Mcdonald's - Lavalette

If you’re looking for a different McDonald's experience, I highly recommend going elsewhere. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Even when they manage to get your order right, the food is often old and stale. I've been coming here for about 15 years, at least once a year, and it’s consistently disappointing. I've voiced my concerns several times, but nothing ever changes.

Today, we stopped by and spent around $20 on food that was essentially inedible. Everything was so stuck to the paper that we ended up with a mix of food and paper on our plates. Sadly, we had to throw it all away. While it's common for some food to stick a little, this was much worse than usual. On top of that, the food was extremely soggy, which likely made the sticking issue even worse. We ended up discarding everything and chose to go to Tudor’s instead. Despite the awful food, the service was decent—the drive-thru was quick. However, we’ve decided that we’ll stick with Tudor’s in the future to avoid another disappointing experience.

The staff is always friendly, and my meals are consistently prepared perfectly. The fries are always fresh, too. Having worked there many years ago, I can confidently say that this place is fantastic!

The food is fantastic, but I really wish they would get my order correct more frequently.
