Tim Hortons - Laval

With each visit to this branch, I'm increasingly disappointed. The drive-thru staff are unfriendly and rarely smile. For several months now, we've been directed further into the parking lot for anything other than regular filter coffee, and we're not even offered any boxes of bagels or muffins at the drive-thru. This doesn't make sense to me, as it shouldn’t take long to put food in a box! During my last visit, I was asked to move forward even before I had secured my coffee in the car, and there was no smile or greeting. There was no one behind me, either! This is easily the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. I don't usually write reviews, but this branch clearly has issues. At least the food is decent. Moving forward, I won't be returning to this location.

Every time I use the drive-thru, they ask me to wait in the parking lot for my order, and I often have to go inside to remind them that I've been overlooked. Today was the last straw. When I went inside, I found four employees standing around doing nothing, with no one at the counter and my soup still not ready. Instead of apologizing, they were rude. The employees were unprofessional and arrogant.

The staff is unfriendly. The woman was unwilling to answer my question.
