When I arrived, the employee ignored my two hellos and left sneakily, without meeting my eyes, with his submarine into the back kitchen. I waited 2-3 min for someone to come serve me and no one came. I shouted Hello and the manager arrived without a mask or net despite his long hair. At 6:00pm the rack was dirty, half full and even missing sauces. I told him about the unacceptable situation and he awkwardly excused himself. In the end, he gave me a free cookie. It wasn 't his day...

We just got kicked out, my boy and I, because there was only 10 minutes of service left. It was 9:50 am when we arrived, the gentleman serving was serving a couple. Two other people were seated at a table. I wanted to take my cold sandwich home, I didn't want to eat there. If we are not allowed to return from a certain time, it will have to be indicated somewhere, I would not have gone all the way I did and I could have avoided the humiliation in front of my 9 year old. If you don't pay your employees when they work extra for a few minutes, you are allowing a situation that leads to unnecessary conflict.
