When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff member ignored my two greetings and discreetly slipped away to the back kitchen without making eye contact. I waited for 2-3 minutes for someone to come and assist me, but no one did. I eventually called out, "Hello," and the manager appeared without a mask or hairnet, despite having long hair. At 6:00 PM, the condiment rack was dirty, half-empty, and even missing some sauces. I brought up the unacceptable situation, and he awkwardly apologized. In the end, he offered me a free cookie, but it clearly wasn't his day...

We just got kicked out, my boy and I, because there was only 10 minutes of service left. It was 9:50 am when we arrived, the gentleman serving was serving a couple. Two other people were seated at a table. I wanted to take my cold sandwich home, I didn't want to eat there. If we are not allowed to return from a certain time, it will have to be indicated somewhere, I would not have gone all the way I did and I could have avoided the humiliation in front of my 9 year old. If you don't pay your employees when they work extra for a few minutes, you are allowing a situation that leads to unnecessary conflict. If it's solely due to employee choice, you have a problem to deal with. If it doesn't matter to you, then I'll just say congratulations.Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
