Le Bistrot Du Palais - Laval

I should've checked Yelp before I drove here from Yankee Candle.

Poorest service ever. Made us wait 15 minutes outside of the drive through to get our order. All the staff members were rude and the place was a mess .

We pulled up to the drive through window and one of the employees yelled, "Yeah, that's so f***d up!" So classy.

We live in Laval and thought we would give the new restaurant ago but when we arrived it took the staff 20 mins to welcome us and to sit us at a table, about 10 mins before a waiter brought us the menus and asked if we wanted an aperitiffe, The menu is quiet good but they are trying to do too much they have a couple of things of most things rather than doing what most French restuarants do and specilise in something.our order was taken and took at least 40 mins for our food to arrive ( we noticed the waiter who brings the food from the kitchen doesnt know which table to go to and isnt allowed to serve the food he has to wait for the assigned waiter to arrive) when our food arrived our assigend waiter was busy so the waiter holding our food just stood there and had to wait. The food was cooked very good and the desert was as good as the main. We were asked for coffees which we declained. The cost of the meal isnt for anyone on a budget. If they can get the service better this will be a good place to go but until then its a no, no.

We had dinner on the terrace of this restaurant. Service was very good as well the quality of the food.
