Starbucks - Laurel

Terrible service from drive thru service; I ordered 2 cake pops and a hot food item and the hot item melted all the chocolate off the cake pop. Why put it in the bag with HOT food? My beverage was melted down like it was order previously by someone else who didn’t want it and was left for the next person who ordered it. I was being rushed to order “Okay is that it?” Like that’s rude ! Very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone . I’m a regular here, and most often great service. Today i had mobile ordered my regular drink for an in store pick up. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign to enter the drive through. I’m on limited time and on my way to work, thus i mobile ordered for pick up. I had to leave with no drink and no refund because I did not have time to wait in line at the drive through I would have just pulled into the drive through without ordering ahead if that were the case. I’m told after calling that I’ll have to return to the store later to get a refund. Very disappointed and will be taking my business to other stores as often as I can for a while just so that I don’t have to hope I’ll get my paid drink in time. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Slow isn't the word. Otherwise if you don't mind waiting a century why not. Their drinks are made well.
