Pizza Hut - Laurel

Driver was great. Delivery was on time. Food was good.

Where do I start??? Order completely wrong... food burnt!!! Call the store to complain. They offer to refund... give cc over the phone for the refund, within a few hours have charges on the cc that we didn?t make!!!!! Calling corporate and filing charges. Horrible location HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

It took longer than expected to get the pizza, the wait was not really a bother until we finally got it and the toppings that we had to pay additional for was not on the pizza. However it was still hot when we got it, and it tasted fine. Just a little upset that I paid additional money for nothing.

I come to this location often and the guys are always polite and food ready . The curbside pickup has been Outstanding! Great job guys!

The taste was off is about the best way I can explain it. I saw the person preparing the pizza ...no problem there so I expected a great tasting pizza.
