Shots on Wax - Launceston

Wow! Huge range of delicious elixirs and coffee. I enjoyed a tasty matcha iced latte and the vegan caramel slice was super tasty. Staff are charming and nice to talk to. Meredith makes a mean latte. Will be back.

Mixed reviews for here.I love the design of the shop and the fresh and healthy food they serve, which caters to different allergies so that's a plus.The coffee was so so, but I think maybe it's more of a strong blend than I'm used to. The music was waaay too loud though. We were the only ones in the shop and the music was so loud it made it hard To have a conversation.

Came here on a recommendation and was a little disappointed. The quirky coffee options are really cool and the black sesame latte with almond and coconut milk was delicious. We had wanted to get some lunch and I was excited to see on the blackboard that food intolerances could be catered for - sadly this turned out not to be the case. The only GF option was a curry that had sold out (we were there at 12.05 pm); there were some falafel salad bowls but the guy that served us couldn't confirm if the falafel was GF. I understand that it's a small place but adding options such as a simple frittata or having GF bread for sandwiches would be a nice touch.

Have just had coffee here, not food, but it was very good and the service friendly and cheerful..plus..any cafe that plays and sells vinyl is OK in my books!

Great little place with awesome coffee! The music was great, the artwork great, the barista made awesome coffee and the toasted sandwiches were amazing! Would highly recommend!
