Wendy's - Las Vegas

New French toast bars are weak. 1. I tried to burn them into a crack; this time they were barely cooked with zero taste. slow service considering that I was the only car in the line or on the parking space for this occasion!

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. We sat in the drivethru line for over 40 minutes. Insane. And most likely the order will be wrong like usual.

Walked in and asked for a T-Rex burger. Aware that it's not on menu but even if they didn't know how, a simple good search would show them. The lady at front was new and didn't know so she went to back to ask. I could hear anotheemployee. Say. NO I'm not waisting my time on that. Tell him No. Horrible customer service.

The manager Serena cussed is out and refused to give us our pre-paid order from online. Then she threw a soda at my car. At me, I'm not your ex crazy lady! Please fire Serena. I want Wendy's to pay for my car wash and I want my $16.98 back or my burgers. As unprofessional as they come. Please fire Serena.

After placing my to go order I started realizing the filth of this establishment and suddenly lost my appetite. Didn’t even wait for my food I just left.
