The Capital Grille Las Vegas

The temperature was so cold that we couldn't enjoy the meal. The person I was with had to wear a jacket and put my jacket over her legs. Others at the bar had also put their jackets on. This was the second time at this main grill where it was too cold. Bar employees couldn't do anything about the temptation. The specified temperatures are controlled by the landlord. Food was marginal. Actually, because it was so cold, my steak cooled too fast. We couldn't wait to go.

We had a great experience, Jeff, our waiter was one of the best we ever had. The food was amazing.

My friend and I had a wonderful lunch at Capital Grille Las Vegas. Our bartender made the perfect sidecar. The ducks (lobster salad and salmon) were amazing along the potatoes. Our waiter (and trainee) was extremely attentive. Even other waiters who did not work in our section came to check whether all our needs were met.

Great place to eat especially for business, the food and service was amazing. If business partners come to the city, this place is our destination. Make sure to grab a window seat, especially if you are there for dinner, the strip has great views in the night.

Amazing specials and high level of personal attention by the server. Loved it!
