Tea Maison - Las Vegas

I'm a regular here and I never have had terrible service until just now today around 6:20 pm. I told the cashier I wanted an XL strawberry green tea and my Mom got the taro slush with boba. Our order comes out and mine is a regular size and it's not even filled to the top as you can see in the pic and I told them and they wanted to charge me extra so I just said never mind and then we walk out and my Mom notices there's no boba in her slush. We go back and tell them and I'm super annoyed because the cashier clearly didn't pay attention to my order and did everything wrong and they were smirking under their mask. The service was terrible today and there wasn't even a line. I always tip here and now I feel like I don't want to tip or come because the worker doesn't listen to your order and is rude smirking about it. Do better.

The drinks are absolutely incredible. Probably the best tea shop in Vegas. Other places stand no chance. I love how fresh the ingredients are. Every drink was very refreshing and perfect to my likings.The service was very professional and staff were kind to begin with and end with a smile when delivering my drinks.The environment is a lot smaller than I expected, don’t be fooled from the look on the outside. The wait doesn’t take too long anyway, 100% worth a try

Always a line, brought the mango sago and cream brûlée milk tea.The mango drink is very liquidy, sweet house dessert has the better mango sago drink.

I got the creme brulee milk tea with strawberry popping boba, and my friend got the honey milk tea. Strawberry popping boba was a bit disappointing. It felt like half of the popping boba had strawberry flavor while the other half didn't. Milk tea was a bit watered down.My friend said that his honey milk tea was too sweet. He couldn't finish it. I believe they only have one size of cups. And it is reasonably priced.

Good boba! They make exactly what you ask for. Guy at the register polite and informative. There was a long line. Definitely more than a 15 minute wait… but worth it.
