Had a group of 18 for a business meal. service and eating were excellent!

There was no one at the restaurant for 1pm on a Saturday so we should have known it wasn’t going to be great. The hostess barely spoke. Our waitress was nice but there was nothing special. The food was okay but there was some that was not. Within an hour of finishing our meal, two members of our party were feeling sick and still are hours later. Would not recommend this place compared to the hundreds of other restaurants on the strip.

Lori was an excellent server and I'd go back just because of her helpfulness and friendliness. Also, the Philly sandwich was amazing!!!

We had Open table reservations. I was told by the hostess they were having a private event/party and there would be a 45 minute wait. REALLY!!!! Why weren’t the times blocked off on open table when they knew the time of the private event???? Poor management….. the quality of food at Planet Hollywood has gone down, not only at this one, but the one in Orlando too. I would not recommend this Planet Hollywood.. On a side note, our waitress was great.

What a disappointment … my daughter picked it out and it was just… sad. Barely anyone there on a Saturday night in Vegas even with a patio over the strip…. Should’ve been our first clue…. Poor service, ambiance is non existent t… like 5 pieces of movie memorabilia .
