Bidra med feedbackTerrible service food always comes out messed up or wrong and every time I go it's raw meat I will never go again after it put my 3 year old in the hospital for raw beef thank McDonald's ?
So I struggle with going back because every experience seems to be lacking and quality. I asked for scrambled eggs and I get uncooked eggs. I asked for it partially cooked Burger. Ask for unflavored tea and I get flavored. It's really best for my well-being to not ever go back. Plus they're so expensive.
On October 5, 2023 we stopped for a Happy Meal and Big Mac meal. Greeted by a young man who was in training but very nice. Waited in the store over 30 minutes for our order. While waiting the young men cooking were cussing constantly loud enough for customers to hear it. 5 to 8 young girl employees standing around doing nothing and cussing equally as much. The trainee apologized for it taking so long. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food to take soooooo long!! Disappointed in the young men and women and their behavior. NO customer service. These people need to be retrained.
I waited 30 minutes for curbside service and the drive thru was empty. I went to the drive thru and they talked to me like I had made the mistake. Good thing I don't go there a lot. Worst customer service.
We were visiting family from out of town. We stopped for breakfast on our way home. The person taking our order was very rude and disrespectful. I was going to ask for the manager when we got to the window, when I realized she is the one taking our order. When we got our food. We were missing items and the ones we got were wrong. The poor boy working the window was trying his hardest to fix our order. But the manager asked him what he was doing and he told her the order was wrong. She blamed it on him calling him stupid and saying he was not listening. For someone being in a leadership position that is very inappropriate. No employee should be degraded or embarrassed like that period. Much less in front of other coworkers and customers. I asked him what his mangers name is so I could address the issue. I said excuse me Mrs. Leslie. But she ignored me like I wasn't even talking. I still told her that I was going to follow-up with corporate and it didn't seem to bother her. I think that poor kid should file a complaint with HR against his manger. There are plenty of cameras that caught the whole thing. My family and I will eat elsewhere from here on out when we visit family.
