Kfc - Las Vegas

Missing 1 complete comb meal from order and 3 of 5 drinks were wrong. the attempted call would not call. tried corporate would also not answer. went back and manager tried to tell me that he could not refund drinks because they were free? lol will never return food: 4/5

The manager is the rudest. no customer service capabilities. my order was served incorrectly and he is not willing to correct the order or repay the money. Today I just donated 21 bucks to kfc against my will.

Went there 3 hours before closing ordered a 16 pc meal and was told they only had 3 breast, 4 drumsticks and the rest would be wings. I ask how long would it be for more chicken to be done? I was informed that they would not be cooking any more I said you have 3 hours left why not, then a person that claimed to be the manager came on and said the cook has already left, if I want what they have then I would get my order asked if it would be discounted was told no and that I needed to leave. Hate to know how long that chicken had been sitting. I guess they made more money then they needed to give up 3 hours of sales.Will not waste my time or money going here again.

Went to kfc for a 8 piece chicken only got a coupon in a mailer for the 8 piece for $15.00 When I placed my order it was $14.99 without the coupon , what a scam they make you think you are using the coupon and getting a deal , I guess as a draw to get you there, and you don't even need the coupon , this pissed me off , it is misleading the customer , the 1cent difference is not what I am upset about , it is the deception they are pushing on the public customers .
