Kabuto Edomae Sushi - Las Vegas

Don't even think twice, just reserve before someone else gets your spot. Incredible meal, one of the best I've ever had. The pairings were on point and everything was simply perfect. The service was also great along with the sake and drinks. The jellyfish is a must-try. We had the smaller of the two menus and it was plenty of food, we were very full. Great vibes, elite experience. Highly recommend.

Omakase courses are light and enough for each person. Ikura is lightly seasoned along with most of the dishes. Sashimi slices are thick and juicy, but tuna can be a bit fresher. If you’re feeling hungry, you might wanna order additional sashimi that you like, the uni is really fresh.

This place blows every omakase out of the water in terms of food for value. Forget Nobu. Get on a Uber and go here for every dinner you are in Vegas. You can thank me later.

Simply the best. My favorite sushi spot in the United States. The attention to detail, quality of the fish, and creative dishes is unparalleled. Wonderful and attentive service. If you're in Vegas and you're eating a high-end sushi meal on the strip, you've made a drastic mistake in not coming to Kabuto. And always make sure to save enough room to order some chef-selection nigiri ala carte after the omakase service has finished.

Having the experience regularly eating sushi in Taiwan and Japan this comes very close with a wide variety of fish the most amazing part of this meal was that they balanced the timing of when you finished and the whole meal took 1.5 hrs which was awesome I hate 3 hr meals
